Thanks to all who participated in Patient Appreciation Day and helped to contribute so much to such a great cause! Because of you we were able to raise $3,700 for Race for the Cure, and that number is still climbing toward our goal of $5,000. Seventy-five percent of the net proceeds have been invested in our metro St. Louis community through grants furthering breast cancer awareness and early detection. Twenty-five percent of the funds have been used in the Susan G. Komen for the Cure Award and Research program for breast cancer specific research. |
